i. Please make sure to specify all the important details and instructions for your commission request in the provided google document. Client has the liberty to fully utilize said document, as well as the option to provide a google drive folder with references and similar files. References are highly recommended, however, please do not use AI-generated images.ii. Please set a reasonable deadline. The turn-around time will take at least 1 week, but may also take as long as 1 month. This is because of possible circumstances that are beyond my control. Once caught with this offense, client will be blacklisted instantly.ix. Please be aware that I generally don’t allow any post-submission modifications on the commissioned pieces, e.g. removing watermarks, unless we discussed arrangements prior.x. While I may consider approving cancellations during the sketch phase, it is discouraged, especially during lineart phase and beyond. Refunds will not be given.xi.
